Sold as a bare tool (battery and charger are not included), this new sander is an extension of the PORTER-CABLE 20V MAX* System, a range of widely-used and affordably priced cordless tools created for professionals working in residential construction. This new sander helps users remove old material, like paint and varnish, fast.

The 20V MAX* Random Orbit Sander boasts a 12,000 OPM (orbits per minute) speed, which allows for quick material removal and its high-performance dust collection system keeps the workspace clean. To collect dust, users can either utilize the included PORTER-CABLE dust collection bag or use the sander’s integrated multi-port adapter to quickly connect to a vacuum like the PORTER-CABLE 20V MAX* 2 Gallon Wet/Dry Vacuum. The multi-port adapter accepts vacuum hoses of different diameters. With its low profile design, the sander is easy to control and has low vibration.
